Or bring your own internet: MR·NET’s $995 first-show trial
MR·NET bonds Verizon, AT&T and T‑Mobile into one booth connection. The first-show trial is $995 plus tax: the gateway with 3 SIMs, 100 GB of data (then $8/GB) and standard shipping (3 to 5 days). For first-time customers: one unit, one show, up to 30 days.
Bring MR·NET to AAPEX
Deployed at the Venetian Expo by our customers.
What the show rules say, and how exhibitors set it up.
What the rules say
AAPEX’s regulations don’t mention wireless devices or internet. The Venetian Expo calls Event Service Technology “the exclusive provider of all Internet services,” recommends a hardwire for every device, and reserves antennas on or around the building to venue labor. Get AAPEX’s OK in writing before you bring MR·NET.
Set it up wired
Once AAPEX approves, switch MR·NET’s Wi-Fi off and plug laptops, scan tools, screens and catalog kiosks into its four Ethernet ports, with no external antennas. Shop software, e-commerce and telematics demos then run on one bonded Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile connection.
Blocking and jamming are illegal
The FCC says no convention center or its network operator may intentionally block or disrupt personal Wi-Fi hot spots, and federal law bans jamming Wi-Fi or cellular signals. A show’s own rules are a separate, contractual matter.
What you’d save at typical venue prices
Own it once, use it at every show.
Compared with the median 2026 advance rate for a 5 to 6 Mbps dedicated line across the 11 US convention centers in MR·NET’s venue guides that print exhibitor prices ($5,900), used because the Venetian Expo publishes no prices. Data: 25 GB a show day (our customers use 10 to 40 GB) for the 3-day show floor at $8/GB. Excludes shipping and tax.

Questions exhibitors ask
About AAPEX 2026.
How much does internet cost at AAPEX 2026?
At the Venetian Expo, prices are by quote: no public Venetian document prints them, and the Venetian’s AAPEX store needs a sign-in. Event Service Technology sells hardwired shared service (up to 3 or 10 Mbps) and dedicated lines from 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps. For comparison, a 5 to 6 Mbps dedicated line has a median 2026 advance rate of $5,900 across the 11 US convention centers that print exhibitor prices.
Who sells booth internet at AAPEX?
At the Venetian Expo, Event Service Technology, which the venue’s Exhibitor Success Guide calls “the exclusive provider of all Internet services.” AAPEX lists internet and telecommunications among the services the Venetian Expo provides exclusively. For a quote, call (702) 733-5531 or email internetsupport@es.venetianlasvegas.com.
When is the internet discount deadline for AAPEX 2026?
The Venetian Expo gives its discounted rate to orders paid in full no later than 21 calendar days before show opening day, which is Oct 13 for the Nov 3 opening. AAPEX’s own checklist lists Oct 6 for the Venetian services guide. After the cutoff, orders pay the standard rate, and from 24 hours before opening, the show-site rate.
Is there Wi-Fi for exhibitors at AAPEX?
Not from the venue’s internet provider: the Venetian Expo’s guide says “Wireless Internet service is not available.” If you connect your own wireless router to a Venetian line, you provide all configuration and support yourself. AAPEX’s documents mention no exhibitor Wi-Fi.
Can I bring my own internet to AAPEX?
Ask AAPEX Event Management first, in writing. AAPEX’s regulations don’t address wireless devices, and the Venetian Expo recommends hardwiring every device and reserves antennas on or around the building to its own labor. If approved, run MR·NET wired with its Wi-Fi off and no external antennas. MR·NET customers have deployed at the Venetian Expo.
Can I sell or livestream from my AAPEX booth?
AAPEX’s regulations allow orders for future delivery only; products can’t be sold for delivery at the show. Filming or photographing any part of the event for commercial purposes needs Event Management’s prior written consent.
Who sells booth internet at the AAPEX Forum?
AAPEX hasn’t published it. Its services page for the AAPEX Forum at Caesars Forum lists Encore’s exhibitor kit but names no internet provider or prices, so ask AAPEX Event Management at (708) 226-1300.
Can the venue block or jam my hotspot or cellular gateway?
No. The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau says no convention center or network operator providing service there may intentionally block or disrupt personal Wi-Fi hot spots, and federal law prohibits jamming Wi-Fi or cellular signals. A show’s own rules are a separate, contractual matter, so get the show’s OK first. This is not legal advice.
When are move-in and show hours at AAPEX 2026?
At the Venetian Expo, move-in runs Oct 29 to Nov 2, and all booths must be set by 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov 2. Exhibits are open Tuesday to Thursday, Nov 3 to 5, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and exhibitors may enter from 7 a.m. AAPEX also fills the AAPEX Forum at Caesars Forum, with its own move-in schedule.
Can I get a quote for MR·NET at AAPEX?
Yes. Use “Get a quote” on this page, tell us what needs to be online, and we’ll get back to you right away, or call (845) 666-0696.
