Or bring your own internet: MR·NET’s $995 first-show trial
MR·NET bonds Verizon, AT&T and T‑Mobile into one booth connection. The first-show trial is $995 plus tax: the gateway with 3 SIMs, 100 GB of data (then $8/GB) and standard shipping (3 to 5 days). For first-time customers: one unit, one show, up to 30 days.
Bring MR·NET to RE+
Deployed at the LVCC by our customers.
What the show rules say, and how exhibitors set it up.
What the rules say
RE+’s rules have no hotspot or router clause, and filming in your own booth needs Show Management’s permission. Spectrum’s service terms, carried over from Cox, say “Wireless devices not authorized by Cox are prohibited.” Get RE+’s OK in writing before you bring MR·NET.
Set it up wired
Once RE+ approves, switch MR·NET’s Wi-Fi off and plug monitoring dashboards, charger controllers, laptops and screens into its four Ethernet ports. Live storage, EV-charging and microgrid demos then run on one bonded Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile connection.
Blocking and jamming are illegal
The FCC says no convention center or its network operator may intentionally block or disrupt personal Wi-Fi hot spots, and federal law bans jamming Wi-Fi or cellular signals. A show’s own rules are a separate, contractual matter.
What you’d save at LVCC prices
Own it once, use it at every show.
Compared with a 10 Mbps dedicated line at the LVCC at the advanced rate ($4,500; $5,400 at the standard rate), from Spectrum’s RE+ 2026 price list. Data: 25 GB a show day (our customers use 10 to 40 GB) for the 3-day show floor at $8/GB. Excludes shipping and tax.
Before RE+
Five things to do.
Ordering MR·NET close to the show? The $995 first-show trial can ship overnight for $175 more; have it at your hotel or office before move-in starts on Nov 12.
Ordering from Spectrum? Orders placed 72 hours or less before Nov 17 add 20%, so 10 Mbps goes from $5,400 to $6,480.
Bringing your own connection? Get RE+’s OK in writing first through your Exhibitor Service Manual contact, and ask Show Management before filming in your booth.
Outdoor exhibit in the Silver Lot? No utilities are provided; order power from the official contractor. MR·NET needs only power and cellular signal.
Pack a switch and Ethernet cables, run MR·NET with its Wi-Fi off, and test your demo while you build.

Questions exhibitors ask
About RE+ 2026.
How much does internet cost at RE+ 2026?
Spectrum Business, formerly Cox Business, lists RE+ 2026 prices in its order portal. At the standard rate, a shared line of up to 10 Mbps is $900 and a dedicated 10 Mbps line is $5,400. Orders placed 72 hours or less before the Nov 17 start add 20%, so 10 Mbps costs $6,480. The advanced rate for 10 Mbps is $4,500. Prices are per event, and taxes and fees are extra.
Who sells booth internet at RE+?
Spectrum Business, formerly Cox Business, the exclusive internet and telecommunications provider at the Las Vegas Convention Center. RE+ recommends ordering hardline internet through the provider’s online portal, lvcc.spectrumhn.net. You can also email DL-LVCC-Orders@spectrum.com or call (855) 519-2624.
When is the internet discount deadline for RE+ 2026?
RE+ lists Oct 6, 2026 as the Cox discount deadline. Spectrum’s form gives advanced rates to orders placed and paid 30 days before the event start, Nov 17 in its portal, which is Oct 18. Later orders pay standard rates, and orders placed 72 hours or less before Nov 17 add 20%.
Is there Wi-Fi for exhibitors at RE+?
Yes. RE+ provides Wi-Fi in the expo halls, meeting rooms and lobby spaces. Its rules say the speed “is not guaranteed” and generally gives about 5 Mbps per user, and recommend a hardline from the provider for more specific needs.
Can I bring my own internet to RE+?
Ask RE+ first. Its rules have no clause on hotspots or routers, but Spectrum’s service terms say “Wireless devices not authorized by Cox are prohibited.” If RE+ approves, run MR·NET wired with its Wi-Fi off, so you add no Wi-Fi to the halls. MR·NET customers have deployed at the LVCC, including for exhibitor demos at NAB Show.
Can the venue block or jam my hotspot or cellular gateway?
No. The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau says no convention center or network operator providing service there may intentionally block or disrupt personal Wi-Fi hot spots, and federal law prohibits jamming Wi-Fi or cellular signals. A show’s own rules are a separate, contractual matter, so get the show’s OK first. This is not legal advice.
When are move-in and show hours at RE+ 2026?
Move-in runs Nov 12 to 16 by assigned target time. Exhibits are open Tuesday, Nov 17, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Wednesday, Nov 18, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Thursday, Nov 19, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the LVCC’s Central, North and West Halls and the outdoor Silver Lot. The conference runs Nov 16 to 18.
