Or bring your own internet: MR·NET’s $995 first-show trial
MR·NET bonds Verizon, AT&T and T‑Mobile into one booth connection. The first-show trial is $995 plus tax: the gateway with 3 SIMs, 100 GB of data (then $8/GB) and standard shipping (3 to 5 days). For first-time customers: one unit, one show, up to 30 days.

What the show rules say, and how exhibitors set it up.
What the show rules say
GNYDM’s Rule 8 gives the Javits Center “the exclusive right to install and provide telephone, telecommunication” and utility services, and Rule 26 leaves matters the rules don’t cover, such as cellular gateways, to the show. Get GNYDM’s OK in writing before you bring MR·NET.
Set it up wired
Once GNYDM approves, switch MR·NET’s Wi-Fi off and plug demo laptops, imaging workstations and screens into its four Ethernet ports. Cloud software, imaging demos and lead-capture apps then run on one bonded Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile connection.
Blocking and jamming are illegal
The FCC says no convention center or its network operator may intentionally block or disrupt personal Wi-Fi hot spots, and federal law bans jamming Wi-Fi or cellular signals. A show’s own rules are a separate, contractual matter.
What you’d save at Javits prices
Own it once, use it at every show.
Compared with a 10 Mbps dedicated Javits line at the 2026 advance rate ($13,542; $18,056 standard), from the Javits 2026 Exhibitor Price List. Data: 25 GB a show day (our customers use 10 to 40 GB) for the 3-day exhibition at $8/GB. Excludes shipping and tax.
Before the Dental Meeting
Five things to do.
Ordering from Javits? Order through the GNYDM service kit by Nov 12 (our estimate) to get advance rates.
Hand-carry small gear: FedEx and UPS don’t deliver to Javits on Nov 27 and 28.
Set-up runs from 10 a.m. on Nov 27 to 5 p.m. on Nov 28. Test your connection while you build.
Bringing MR·NET? Get GNYDM’s written OK before Nov 12, while Javits’s advance rate is still a fallback, then pack a switch and Ethernet cables.
No payments on the floor: GNYDM lets you take orders, but not cash, check or card payments.

Questions exhibitors ask
About GNYDM 2026.
How much does internet cost at the Greater New York Dental Meeting 2026?
The Javits Center sells it at its 2026 prices. In advance, Wi-Fi is $262.75 per device for 1 to 4 devices, a Business Grade drop for up to 2 devices is $1,575, and a 10 Mbps dedicated line is $13,542. Standard rates are about a third higher: $350, $2,100 and $18,056. Each price covers up to 5 days of service, and taxes are extra.
Who sells booth internet at GNYDM?
The Javits Center. Rule 8 of the GNYDM 2026 Rules and Regulations says the Center “has the exclusive right to install and provide telephone, telecommunication, water, waste water, plumbing and electrical services.” GNYDM tells exhibitors to contact Javits for Wi-Fi or hardwired internet through the online GNYDM service kit, or onsite at the back of the 1900 aisle.
When is the advance deadline for GNYDM internet?
Javits’s terms say: “To qualify for advance rates, service order must be received 15 days prior to the event opening date.” The meeting opens Nov 27, 2026, so our estimate is Nov 12; counted from the first exhibit day, Nov 29, it would be Nov 14. The date Javits receives payment sets the rate, and your service kit may list the exact date.
Can I bring my own internet to the Greater New York Dental Meeting?
Ask GNYDM first. Rule 8 gives the Javits Center the exclusive right to install and provide telephone and telecommunication services, and Rule 26 lets the show decide matters its rules don’t specifically cover, such as cellular gateways. Email GNYDM’s exhibits office at the address in its Exhibitor Prospectus, or call (212) 398-6922, and get the answer in writing. If approved, run MR·NET wired with its Wi-Fi off.
Can I take card payments at my GNYDM booth?
No. You may take orders, but GNYDM’s rules say no payment, “whether in cash, by check or credit card, or in any other form,” may be made, processed or accepted in the exhibit area. Exhibitors still use booth internet for software demos, cloud imaging and lead capture.
When are set-up and exhibit hours at GNYDM 2026?
Set-up starts at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov 27, and exhibits must be complete by 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov 28. Exhibits are open Sunday, Nov 29, to Tuesday, Dec 1, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in Halls 3A, 3B, 3D and 3E of the Javits Center. FedEx and UPS don’t deliver to the Javits Center on Nov 27 and 28, so hand-carry small items.
Can I get a quote for MR·NET at GNYDM?
Yes. Use “Get a quote” on this page, tell us what needs to be online, and we’ll get back to you right away.
