RSNA 2026 Internet for Exhibitors
RSNA sells booth internet itself, as RSNAnet. The advance rate ended October 15, 2026, so new orders pay the onsite rate: $5,580 for a 10 Mb line, up from $4,290. RSNA also “strongly discourages” mission-critical demos over Wi-Fi. MR·NET customers have deployed at McCormick Place.

Or bring your own internet: MR·NET’s $995 first-show trial
MR·NET bonds Verizon, AT&T and T‑Mobile into one booth connection. The first-show trial is $995 plus tax: the gateway with 3 SIMs, 100 GB of data (then $8/GB) and standard shipping (3 to 5 days). For first-time customers: one unit, one show, up to 30 days.

What RSNA and McCormick Place say about Wi-Fi, and how exhibitors set it up.
What RSNA says about Wi-Fi
RSNA “strongly discourages exhibitors from attempting to conduct mission-critical demonstrations over Wi-Fi” and discourages MiFi and personal hotspots “due to the density of other wireless devices.” McCormick Place doesn’t allow Wi-Fi from portable systems.
Set it up wired
Switch MR·NET’s Wi-Fi off and plug demo workstations, laptops and screens into its four Ethernet ports. Your demos run on one bonded Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile connection, not on the hall’s shared Wi-Fi.
Blocking and jamming are illegal
The FCC says no convention center or its network operator may intentionally block or disrupt personal Wi-Fi hot spots, and federal law bans jamming Wi-Fi or cellular signals. A show’s own rules are a separate, contractual matter.
What you’d save at RSNA prices
Own it once, use it at every show.
Compared with a 10 Mb RSNAnet line at RSNA’s 2026 advance rate ($4,290; $5,580 onsite since Oct 15), from RSNA’s RSNAnet FAQs and service information. Data: 25 GB a show day (our customers use 10 to 40 GB) for a 4-day show at $8/GB. Excludes shipping and tax.
Before RSNA
Five things to do.
Ordering RSNAnet? Order online by Nov 20, then file the IP Address Questionnaire and a drop diagram; without the diagram, nothing is installed.
Have your own full-time staff run booth cables: booth builders (EACs) can’t, and Technology Services charges for the work.
Move-in runs Nov 19 to 28, with halls closed Nov 22 and 26. Test your connection during set-up.
Bringing MR·NET? Pack a switch and Ethernet cables, and run it with Wi-Fi off.
RSNA’s free Wi-Fi is “designed for casual users and is not guaranteed.”

Questions exhibitors ask
About RSNA 2026.
How much does internet cost at RSNA 2026?
RSNA sells booth internet itself, as RSNAnet. A 10 Mb line costs $5,580 at the onsite rate (it was $4,290 in advance), and 100 Mb costs $47,905 onsite. Prices are per show; if McCormick Place Technology Services runs cables inside your booth, it bills that labor separately.
Has the RSNA advance internet deadline passed?
Yes. The advance rate ended October 15, 2026. You can still order online in the Exhibitor Resource Center through Nov 20, and onsite from Nov 23 to Dec 2 by emailing exhibits@rsna.org or visiting the North Hall office at booth 8500, at onsite rates. If you ordered by Oct 15, onsite bandwidth upgrades keep advance pricing.
Can I bring my own internet to RSNA?
RSNA’s rules don’t mention cellular gateways. RSNA discourages MiFi and personal hotspots “due to the density of other wireless devices in the area” and says booth Wi-Fi is allowed but not recommended. McCormick Place doesn’t allow Wi-Fi from “self-contained portable Wi-Fi systems,” so run a bonded cellular gateway wired, with its Wi-Fi off. Matters the rules don’t cover are RSNA’s call (Rule 23); if you’re unsure, ask RSNA Exhibition Services.
Who installs booth internet at RSNA?
McCormick Place installs the main RSNAnet line for RSNA, free, by 4:30 p.m. on Nov 27. You order in the Exhibitor Resource Center, then submit the RSNAnet IP Address Questionnaire and a drop diagram; without the diagram, the line isn’t installed. Your own full-time employees may run cables in the booth, but booth builders (EACs) can’t; otherwise McCormick Place Technology Services runs them for a fee.
When are move-in and exhibit hours at RSNA 2026?
Installation runs Nov 19 to Nov 28. The halls are closed Nov 22 and 26, and booths must be substantially complete by 4:30 p.m. on Nov 28. Exhibits are open Nov 29 to Dec 2, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, in the North and South Halls on Level 3. More than 700 companies have registered to exhibit.
