Welcome to MR·NET, a provider of reliable, high-performance internet connectivity solutions for live events, enterprise IoT, transportation, retail, trade shows, first responders, etc. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MR·NET services, which include internet service subscriptions (with hardware included), hardware purchase options with support service plans, and data services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use MR·NET services.
Account Registration: You are required to register an account to access MR·NET services. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your account details promptly as needed.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Services Provided
Subscription for Internet Services: MR·NET offers internet service subscriptions, which include a portable gateway (router). Subscription fees and services are defined by the plan selected.
Hardware Purchase and Support Service Plans: You may purchase MR·NET hardware and opt for additional support service plans for maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
Data Resell Services: MR·NET resells data directly from our data providers, with packages available based on individual service needs. Data plans are subject to provider-specific terms and conditions.
4. Payment and Billing
Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period, and failure to pay on time may lead to service suspension or termination.
Hardware Purchase and Support Plan Fees: Hardware purchases require a one-time payment. Support service plans are billed separately and renew based on your plan selection.
Data Fees: Charges for data resell services vary by provider and package. You are responsible for any additional charges incurred if usage exceeds your plan limits.
Taxes and Additional Fees: You are responsible for applicable taxes and any additional fees, such as shipping costs for hardware.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit card and electronic funds transfer (ACH/Wire). Payments made by checks are the subject of an additional check processing fee ($35 per each check).
5. Service Usage Restrictions
Permitted Uses: You may only use MR·NET services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use MR·NET services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to network abuse, interference with other users, or redistribution of network access to third parties.
Network Abuse Policy: Any network abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
Geographical Restrictions: MR·NET services are only permitted in the United States and Canada.
6. Equipment and Hardware Terms
Ownership and Rental Agreement: Hardware provided as part of a subscription remains the property of MR·NET and must be returned at the end of the subscription period or upon cancellation. Purchased hardware is owned by the customer.
Support Service Plans: Support service plans are available for purchased hardware, offering technical assistance, maintenance, and troubleshooting services.
Return, Replacement, and Warranty Policy: Hardware may be eligible for return or replacement under warranty. Lost or damaged equipment not covered by warranty may incur additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property
Company Content: All intellectual property, including trademarks, content, and software related to MR·NET services, is owned or licensed by MR·NET and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User Rights: You may use MR·NET content solely as needed to access and utilize our services as described in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute MR·NET content without prior authorization.
8. Privacy and Data Security
Privacy Policy: By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data Security: MR·NET uses reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any data transmission over the internet may be vulnerable to unauthorized access.
9. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting MR·NET support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, with no pro-rated refunds.
Termination by MR·NET: MR·NET may suspend or terminate access to services for any violation of these Terms, non-payment, or unauthorized usage.
Service Suspension: MR·NET reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or in cases of network abuse or emergency conditions.
10. Warranty and Liability Disclaimers
Limited Warranty: MR·NET provides services on an “as-is” basis, with no guarantees for uninterrupted or error-free access. Hardware warranties are provided according to the warranty policy.
Limitation of Liability: MR·NET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Amendments to Terms
Right to Modify: MR·NET reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of MR·NET services will constitute acceptance of any updates.
